Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus any non-refundable booking fees disclosed at the time of booking.
Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night' stay plus taxes. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), please contact us directly at stay@abodeoffourbellas.com and we will review your request.
During peak seasons, long weekends, and for promotional/non-refundable rates, different cancellation terms may apply. These are clearly displayed at the time of booking and take precedence over the standard policy above.
You may cancel a booking through the "Manage Booking" page on this website, or by contacting us directly. Please keep your booking reference handy. Cancellation confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
